OUR POLICY.
Our policy lasts 30 days.
We believe that people should have the right to return an item when it doesn't quite hit the mark. So if you've ordered, received and now don't want you item, you can return it. Only item within 30 days of dispatch can be returned. We do have a lot of international orders and these can take longer to be delivered. With these orders, you have 14 days from receiving the item to action a refund request (or the standard 30 days policy above, whichever is longer)
If you're looking to return your item, please complete the form and we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours (often much faster!)
Please note: We do not refund the delivery costs associated with returning the order. Your final refund amount will have delivery costs deducted and will only be issued once the item has been received at our couriers warehouse.

Once the item has been confirmed and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome. Please note, we hold the right to reject returned items. Once approved, we will issue you a refund to the purchasing format made used at checkout.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you've been approved for and haven't received a refund within 5 working days, please notify us.
