OUR COURIERS
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries, with standard, 2nd Class Signed and 1st Class Signed all options for delivery.
Items sent by this service will usually arrive within 1-3 days of the order being dispatched. During unprecedented demand for their service, this may be slower. For more information on this, please refer to their site.

Evri is now available for selection. As standard, you will receive a standard delivery. We do not offer a next day, guarenteed delivery right now, however, we will endeavour to offer this as soon as possible!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use Royal Mail for the majority for all international orders currently. We are trialling a new courier in the UK and will look to trial some more for Europe soon!
Items sent via Royal mail usually arrive in the destinations final country within 1-2 working days from dispatch. We provide all customs declerations and usually see items pass through customs within the same working week.
Royal Mail notes the following: We aim to deliver parcels up to 2kg in weight to Europe in just 3 to 5 working days. As for the rest of the world, we aim to deliver in just 5 to 7 working days.

Once an order has been dispatched, we don't have the means to change the address and the item may not reach it's final destination. In the event, the item is returned, we will be abel to re-send this but will reach out for additional shipping fees if the item has failed delivery attempts. In the event, customs returned the item and no attempts were made, we will reach out to establish possible options.
